What about video game system emulators (Game Boy is an example) or Windows emulators? Also, would this also be used to emulate unshared projects, or shared projects only?

so that people dont have to jumble up tons of sprites from on eproject to another,what if you wanted to make a os?or a console

Good, that's always my concern because Scratch is for everyone, not for exploiting the website for evil or explicit purposes. And also, said projects can be reported.

i added a block that can toggle interaction between the main scripts and the emulated project's script,but this would probably cause BEEG lag

Support! This could be useful for creating larger games: if your game is too big and Scratch can't handle all the blocks, you could break it up into sections and just emulate those sections when needed.

So projects in projects kind of? This would be good for large projects that could use smaller projects, and I can think of many other uses for this! Maybe this should be an extension.
