I think it was the Blob. Bonnie could have been like Freddy, and the Blob wanted him eliminated and replaced with Monty, who is under his control

Thats a big no bonnie probably didn't go down there and plus the blob is made of old animatronics

I'm not sure, but I think the Golden Freddy = Fredbear theory has been pretty much confirmed at the point. I'm not a master of FNAF lore though, so someone who is can correct me if I'm wrong.
