Sometimes it has trouble connecting. If it takes too long trying to connect to an external server, hit cancel and try again. It seems to be glitchy getting in when the server is busy.

You might also have the wrong version of Minecraft. When 1.16 came out, I couldn't join until Minehut updated their Bedrock support. Today, I was able to join the lobby briefly on Bedrock 1.16.50 from my phone, but it crashed and I wasn't able to get back on since the server was busy (258 people on). I was able to join the server from a computer yesterday (I think Bedrock 1.16.4?) but I wasn't able to break any blocks, so I think there might be a minehut bug for the latest bedrock release.
