Hi! I just wanted to know can Scratch Team see every single project? I want to make sure that at least I have a little chance of getting featured.

technically everyone can see a project by just writing its id in and seeing if it is shared, also to get featured you need to get proposed to be featured by someone other than yourself so… yeah

Yes, if it's shared. That's why people who want to make inappropriate games will not share the project.

The Scratch Team can see any project, shared or not. And to get featured, someone else (not you) has to propose your project, and then maybe the Scratch Team will feature it.

Yes. Anyone can see unshared projects by using TurboWarp or by downloading them through https://projects.scratch.mit.edu/<projectid> (that's how TurboWarp gets projects).

You don't need to use Turbowarp, you can also use the ST's own tools at https.//llk.github.io/scratch-gui/master#ID
