Smooth borders on vector?

I'm having an issue where the borders of a sprite zoomed in 7x isn't smooth with the background, instead it looks really pixel/blurry and inconsistent with the design I'm aiming for. Right now the only solution I've came up with is the change my pixel effect to around 8… I'm not a huge fan of that solution.
Is there anyone who dealt with this issue in the past or is there no actual solution? You can find the game on my profile.

you can increase the size inside the costume and decrease the zoom - select all, drag to top-left, use corner nodes to make larger.
