'Illegal' bump warning (please read suggestion)

What about stuff like “BBTT” or “Bring Back The Topic/Bring Back This Topic”? Also, would it also stop there being Bring Up My Topic?

Not everyone knows you have to wait until a topic gets to the second page to post “bump”. Having a warning could be useful, even if it wouldn’t force people not to post it.

A few of them could be added, but someone who is new to the forums probably wouldn't use these.

There's simply no perfect way to detect if a reply is a bump or not. Some people may bump their posts without explicitly saying the phrase “bump,” and I it would be too much work for the Scratch Team to police the suggestions forums for “illegal bumps.” I just don't think this suggestion is that practical.

I guess this would be good for the newer forumers who don't know when a post should be bumped, but this doesn't really occur so often that we need a dedicated feature (from what I've seen)
