Our store will be moving on to a 2.0 version soon since the owner is moving accounts. We are working on a 2.0 and will move once our two orders (from kitten-da-cat and Silencio). You can make orders and post reviews, but it will be better if you posted them on the 2.0 version.

Here are the rules/reminders.

Staff Rules
No being rude
No refusing service without reason
Every time you break a rule, you get a strike. (+) Once you get 3 strikes (+++), you get fired. You cannot reapply for 1 week.
Don’t take too many orders/don’t take order you can’t finish.
If your application is denied, you cannot reapply for a week.

Customer Rules
Be polite.
Make sure your forms are very clear and understandable.
No deadlines under 3 days after notice
No deadline under 5 days after notice for orders for specific employees.
Please write your orders clearly. A bad example would be “can I have a blue pfp with some animals?” A good example would be “can I have a light blue background with my oc and a few birds?”

Fills in for manager when they’re inactive, Can do anything except open/close the shop, and change the shop.
Secretary: Open
Keeps track of activity, makes sure that the work is going well.

Marketing Manager: Open
Advertises store and partnered stores.
Head of Art: @CoderGirl321(inactive, we need a new person)
Is in charge of all artists.
Head of Advice: Open
Is in charge of all advisory workers.

Is in charge of forms/reviews. Can do reviews if owner gives permission.

Request Prioritized - 1 shopbux
Get your order done by an active employee of your choice - this may be refused if the employee has work to do online/irl. - 1 shopbux
Refund for your order - You can refund anything made less than a week ago. - 3 shopbux
Second Refund - this can be done anytime. Please state if your refund is your first or second when asking for one. - 5 shopbux
Gif art - please keep it simple since I don’t have a lot of experience with gifs. - 5 shopbux

Art Order Form

A good thing about this store is that the person who helped me with my troubles had really good advice, I've been doing better with managing time and being with my friends more. The banner was so much better than I expected, and I will definitely be using it for my shop!. Something that needs improvement is the timing; it was claimed 5 days after the deadline, however the quality of the banner was so good that this could be excused. Overall I rate this ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ out of 5 stars. From faeriie–
