Hi Scratch Community,
I was working on a animation and after a few days, I was scrolling through my unfinished projects and I opened my animation. I found the question mark error. I'm extremely disappointed because I had spent more than 3 hours every day on that animation. Please fix this @Scratchteam. Any help will be appreciated. I totally understand how bad you must be feeling if you came across this error. Scratch team- I'm glad that you've noticed this but instead on working on updates, please fix this problem. Not just for me. but for the amazing scratchers who have lost their work due to this error.

It happened to me when I was on an project. Dunno what caused the sprites to become corrupted and be replaced by that, tho

i made a project and this happened so i reloaded the project and it was back to normal.
i wonder why that happens…

well that… that just happens… sometimes the file gets corrupted… and it happens
and if it happens… do NOT edit the costume… or it will be PERMANENT

My new project had it when i loaded it, so I just refreshed the page and its fixed

this bug happend to meh, i am in windows 10 and i am in chrome,

play sound [da bug in scratch] until done

switch costume to [question mark box]

Reload without going to the editor.

Can replicate it anyways, this happened to me this morning with my undone project.

I also had this bug, it seemed that reloading the page has a small chance of recovering the lost images but ofc this is not fully confirmed so ye

Im using chrom and it still happens to me

when green flag clicked
broadcast [ close to 50 followers!!]
set [ followers] to [50]

This has been happening to me with large-sized projects of mine, such as “Tetris Tale+”. What I think is happening is not all the assets are able to load properly, so they show up as that question mark you all are talking about. Refreshing the page seemed to fix it, too so I don't know what to think of it. I have been careful with this though, I edited nothing while these question marks were around so nothing's lost… yet.

The same happened to me. I was making some Uncannyblocks Bands, i checked some of my projects and they had the question mark.
Im using Chrome, and im using Windows 8.1 Pro.

It happened to me, I tried to refresh the page but now my project won’t even load anymore…

I have been seeing more people getting this bug recently. I hope this bug did not get worse recently.
