I am Crystal and I shall talk about a very complicated subject…

-Lila Rossi-

Lila is a Miraculous Ladybug character, which also receives lots of hate from MLB fans. She is mainly shown as a liar, whom the main two characters, Marinette and Adrien, despise. She is shown as a person working with Hawk Moth (the main villain) and also a very hurtful person to Marinette. She lied about her, causing her rival to get temporarily expelled from school. She also lied about her being BFFs with Ladybug and hated her since she (Ladybug) told her off and embarrassed her in front of Adrien.

-Spoilers for Penalteam and Risk-
At the end of the episode “Penalteam,” she teams up with Chloe Bourgeois against Marinette, which is shown in “Risk,” as Chloe and Lila prevent Marinette from confessing her feelings to Adrien.

-The Appreciation Part-
What if Lila had her reasons to lie about Marinette?
We saw in Oni-chan that Lila's mother has not a lot of appearances around. (only one in “Catalyst,”) She leaves her at home alone. We also noticed that her father had no appearance. What if her father had divorced her mother and she had to work all day long? That might explain her main lies, for attention because she never gets any.
How about her bullying for Marinette?
If you closely focus on “Chameleon,” then you may notice that Marinette didn't accept Lila to be friends. Why? Probably because Lila was hitting on her crush. So, Lila began bullying her. Marinette had the problem that she never gets over Adrien, and hates almost everyone hitting on him. She could've helped Lila overcome the lies and begin telling the truth.
