Once accounts have been deleted they cannot be recovered. It's a permanent action, it says so on the confirmation page for deletion.

You can't recover it. It's gone. But when you delete it did you click on the delete projects too or keep projects but delete account. If you kept keep projects then you can just recover them on your new acc

If an account is deleted by the owner, it is a permanent deletion. All the data is still there but the Scratch Team will not reinstate the account. If you want your account, projects and comments to be permanently deleted from Scratch, the only way you can is by contacting the Scratch Team and asking for a GDPR erasure.

If the account is deleted by the Scratch Team, it can be recovered if the user appeals and it gets accepted.


EDIT: Because all the data is still there after deleting an account, if you want to reover projects you just need the project ID to be able to recover it, and then use projects.scratch.mit.edu/<project ID> or turbowarp.org/<project ID>
