I don't understand how you can miss big, capital letters saying “(RESOLVED)”. It's very hard to miss. However, this could be useful for people who just forget to add it on.

For newer people, it would stop them from shouting the answer, or the wrong one. Plus, it gives an explanation of what “Resolved” means. Of course, not a big one. It's not that hard, and most people aren't stupid.

This sounds like a good idea. However, sometimes you encounter an answer that doesn't fully answer the question. There should be a “Mark as unanswered” or something of that fashion.
