This topic is a slightly modified version of the proposal from this topic.
In the current version of Scratch, a single project can be reported multiple times under the same person's account. Also, if a project is reported too many times, it will be unshared automatically!
It is not uncommon for this feature to be abused.
In fact, in Japan, one person created multiple accounts and indiscriminately reported Trending, causing all projects up to the third page to be unshared.
For this reason, we suggest that people who have reported a project should not be able to report it again until there are changes to the project after it has been reported.

This sounds like a very reasonable change. Maybe you could report it again after 24 hours if the Scratch Team hasn't seen the report.

I thought that projects were only automatically unshared if multiple people reported it in a short amount of time, not one person.

Yes, I definetely understand what you're meaning, but still no support because you can just simply create a ton of accounts to report the project down and in this case it's useless…
