About

What is Core OS?
Core is an OS, created by @EpicYesMe, but, he needs a team. It may take months to create, but it is guaranteed to be released at some point, it may be one of Scratch's best Operating Systems! Current Project here!

Why was it created?
I saw a ton of OS Projects in the Featured area, and I thought “I should make one!”. And I came up with some different names, it ended up being CoreOS.

I just want to make it look cool and very good.

How do we build?

Accessibility
There will be language choices in the settings, including dark mode/light mode, and more. Languages will include Chinese, English, Korean, Spanish, French, Italian, German, and Romanian. The default language is English, the default time zone is GMT-0:00, it can be changed. The text generation will be possible using the Text Engine by @-Refresh-. All of these may never come.


Inactivity
Being inactive for more than 40 days with no inactivity notice can result in being removed from the team. On your 30th or 20th day, you will receive a message. An inactive form can be filled out to extend your inactive time by 40 days.

Terms Of Service

By Using CoreOS you agree that…

1) Services
You allow CoreOS to use your camera, storage, and data for specific services including apps and cloud data.
All data will be stored on your browser, and all camera usage is for service reasons. Data including date, username, keyboard, mouse, volume, display, and cloud will be used for specific reasons, including application use, save use, account information use, detection use, and functions.

2) Registration
By Using CoreOS, you agree that you will use a valid Scratch account, and a valid Core account.
Being not signed in can remove a lot of privileges, including cloud and features. Data will not be saved, only if you are not logged in. You Scratch account should be at least 2 weeks, and a your Scratch account should also be a verified Scratcher.

3) Equipment and Software
To use CoreOS and Scratch, you are required to have a 64-bit Windows 7 or higher, macOS 10.11. 0 or higher, Android 6.0 or higher, ChromeOS, iOS 10 or higher, or OS X 10.11 or higher, and Chrome 63 or higher, Edge 15 or higher, Firefox 57 or higher, or Safari 11 or higher, and 1.5GHz Processor or faster, 2GB RAM or higher, 2.4G Wifi/Internet or higher, HTML5 or higher. These are the minimum requirements to run Scratch and CoreOS.

4) Content
You acknowledge that CoreOS includes only appropriate content created from Scratch, or an External Source, including the Scratch Library, Google, Google Images, Pinterest, etc…. You are responsible for all actions you make, including the content you edit, the content you upload, and the content you right.

5) Ownership
You understand that the second you run CoreOS, you own a copy of CoreOS, however the rights still belong to CoreOS and Suppliers. Trademarks, service marks, and trade names that may appear on or in the CoreOS Properties are the property of their respective owners.

6) Your Account
By using CoreOS you allow us to use your account info and any related items, for research and appropriate reasons only.

7) Code Of Condunct
You agree to follow Scratch's and CoreOS's Code Of Conduct and Terms Of Service. You agree to use Scratch and CoreOS for appropriate reasons only. Do NOT provide or post inappropriate, illeagal, or unlawful items or something that violates the copyright or intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

8) Investigate
You allow Scratch, CoreOS, or any related individuals to investigate suspicious activity or yours. They may monitor you activity and have the right to remove your content.

9) Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are responsible for your actions and your works. Any action that is inappropriate, illeagal, or unlawful can result in consequences for your account or action. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Users of the Services and any other parties with whom you interact through the services provided, however, that CoreOS, or Scratch reserves the right, but has no obligation, to intercede in disputes among Users. You agree that we will not be responsible for any liabilities incurred as the result of such interaction.

10) Copyright
You understand that CoreOS and related individuals hold the trademark, and copy, and any content on Scratch that is considered piracy will be reported.

11) Third Party
You understand that Third Party Items including extensions, translators, etc… are allowed, however, Third Party Items including exploits, trackers, and viruses are not permitted and can affect you or other individuals. CoreOS sometimes provides Third Party Items that are verified by Scratch or by CoreOS. Provided Third Party Items may include Google Links, Google Sites, Scratch Sites, Informational Sites, Forums, and Image Links. CoreOS or Scratch will sometimes warn you of Third Party Items, and you are responsible of the Content held on the item.

12) Disclaimers and Notices
You understand that CoreOS and Scratch may provide Disclaimers and Notices and it is your responsibility to account and read them. They may provide important information and items. Such things may include; warnings, links, items, extensions, dates, partners, info, errors, and acknowledgments .

13) Assignments
You understand that Items may be assigned for you to perform specific actions, including updating the status of your account, performing specific actions, acknowledging specific items, or posting acknowledgments.

14) Compliance
You hold the right to post items including complaints, suggestions, and other related items. If you believe that an addressed item was handled incorrectly, you may post a notice, and you may be invited for further investigation. If you believe that an action was not taken seriously or was not handled with justice, you may post a request of any kind for further investigation.

Z) Terms
You understand that the Terms commenced on the date when you accept them will remain in full force and effect while you use the CoreOS Properties unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Terms. New Terms may be posted and you may receive a notice. A request for a new Term may be posted and will be handled.

S) Scratch
By using Scratch, CoreOS, and Any related products, you agree to follow Scratch's TOS/TOU and Related TOS/TOU.

Privacy Policy

By Using CoreOS you understand that…

A) Data
CoreOS will only use your data for services requiring this data only. These services include camera, date, logging in, etc….
These data will not be used for any other purposes, and the privacy of the user will be respected. We will use data provided by Scratch to ensure good performance and maintain services.

B) Cloud
CoreOS will access you cloud only to look for saved data and related items. CoreOS will not access you cloud to locate personal items, including passwords, names, and dates.

C) Third Party Services
CoreOS will use Third Party Services to display certain items, play certain items, maintain certain items, provide certain items, change certain items, and add certain items only. We will not use Third Party Services to access private items, including ip, passwords, etc….

D) Services
CoreOS will use services provided by Scratch to ensure proper maintenance and proper application running. We may also use these services to personalize items and change items. Some services may interfere with an individual's software, however, we will not abuse this privilege.

E) Information
CoreOS may collect data to provide recommendations and use it for updates. We may also collect data for later on or for the personalization of the user. The collected information will only be used for appropriate uses, and the collected information will only include stats, measures, counters, clicks, item views, views, and feedback. It will never include private information as we sometimes cannot access it.

F) Access
Be aware that CoreOS can only access services and information provided by Scratch. We are not allowed or able to access your IP, external cookies, external data, external storage, wifi connection, cookies, passwords, pictures, device, and more. We are only able to access your microphone, camera, data, cloud, display, and a few more only and only if you allow use the access them. CoreOS is also not able to store letters, symbols, emojis, or anything else other than numbers, this means all of your data will be encrypted in a specific way in order to save.

G) Rights and Choices
You will always have your rights protected, and your choices will always be tolerated. All actions will be tolerated only if you have to right to, and we will never change your rights. You have the right to click the blue See Inside button, you have the right to edit your posts, you have the right to change items, and you have the right to remix items. However actions including piracy, fraud, and other unlawful actions are not tolerated.

H) Sharing
CoreOS may share collected stats with trusted members, only if they are not personal. Shared items will only include stats, views, uptime, experience, bugs, and a bit more. They will never include passwords, IPs, names, and more as we can't access most of them.

I) Privacy
CoreOS will, again, never share or access private information. Again, we cannot access most of them. OS Username, Name, and Passwords will be protected, however it is your responsibility to protect external/Scratch items. 2FA may be requested by you. You have the right to share your info, but we do not have the right to share your info unless requested.

J) Account
CoreOS can not access external data, but we can access data stored inside the OS. Any change can be requested only if the item belongs to you. Accounts can be changed, deleted, compromised, and removed. It is our responsibility to keep these information and not let others access this information. As hard as it can be, people are still able to access account information as we cannot hide the Big See Inside Button.

K) See Inside
CoreOS will allow you to See Inside with the See Inside button as we can not hide it. This is very dangerous as people can access account items. Again, we do NOT want anyone looking in our source code as it can lead to trespassing, piracy, and more. As much as we can do, the See Inside button will always be there.

L) Agreement
CoreOS will give terms, and you have the right to not follow them. However, this can lead to your account being blocked by us. Agreements include giving us access to items and allowing us to perform specific tasks. By using CoreOS, you agree to them. You have the right to request something be changed.

M) Security
CoreOS will encrypt your private data into cloud variables, and you have the right to request your items to be changed. Again, as much as we can, these items can always be found with the See Inside button. We try to hide this info in disguised sprites.
