Add support for .oga audio files
I have a problem. It is that .oga files aren't supported. I try to open up a .oga file and it won't work. I, from when I got the first .oga file, have to use File Explorer to change it to a .mp3 or use the “ren” command in Windows command prompt. However, for users that run other operating systems i.e. Linux, MacOS, or another OS, its harder. Most Scratch users aren't that tech savvy and they are young so they do not know how to change it from a .oga and most users aren't familiar with these workarounds. Its relatively annoying to download a song or make some tunes and save it as a .oga file but then realizing you cannot upload it to Scratch. I find that the only way to fix this is to add support for .oga files or make it so that the file gets converted to .mp3 immediately right when it is uploaded and sent to the project.

Just a note, renaming a .oga file to .mp3 does not actually properly convert it - it's still an OGA file, just with .mp3 on the end. (This applies to all types of file.) This may cause some programs to not be able to play the file. Instead, you should always properly convert the file by re-exporting it to MP3 - if you don't have the software to do this, you can use CloudConvert.
However, the fact that just renaming the file actually works is proof that there really isn't a reason for Scratch to not support more than WAV and MP3 - so I wholeheartedly support this suggestion, especially considering that MP3 is getting rather long in the tooth these days, and modern audio formats can provide much better quality in less space.
As a final note, supporting more audio formats has been suggested so many times that I don't really know which one is considered the “official” suggestion. I will leave a Scratch Team member to make that decision.
