Support, sometimes I spell the name of the broadcast wrong, and then I have to make a whole new broadcast, and an extra one is just sitting there.

semi support, this could be really useful if you misspell a broadcast, but if you dont use it, doesn't it automatically delete itself?

I guess this would be helpful, even though I pretty sure you can already rename broadcasts.

OMG! This would be amazing because you could delete “message1”! I really hope the ST adds this.

Message1 is such agony. Don't give us a broadcast name automatically if we can't delete it or rename it, please!

Edit: I support sorry forgot to say.

I see an extension in the block palette.

You could in 2.0

The issue is the fact that you can no longer rename broadcasts if you realize you make a typo, and you have to remove all uses of the broadcast first. Also, this might not be obvious because of the fact that you have to swap sprites.

I have an extension where you can, but without the aid of extensions, you cannot.
And don't bother asking for a link to the extension or a name, I can't tell you.

Rename and delete broadcasts.

Broadcasts can be deleted- just remove all the blocks with them from the stage.

They can't, however, be renamed.

There was a rename messages feature implemented after Scratch 2.0 officially released (I don't mean the beta/alpha or anything like that), but it was removed in 3.0
