For some reason, when a comment is posted within the day, the time of the post is in military time! Anyone else have this problem? Help!
Example:

That's not military time, just 24 hours. 24 hour time is used much more around the world.
PS: Military time is like 192304.

that is only 24 countries that use the 12 hour clock, and 1 city, but there are 196 countries in the world, which mean 172 countries use the 24 hour clock, 172 > 24 (and one city)


That's why it has the 24 hour clock.

IIRC, In France they use 12-hour time in casual conversation and such, but 24-hour time for things like schedules.
