Yep, we all tried it, you need to update your browser if it still allows Flash player.

How to get scratch 2.0 working online

Genuinely do not understand the amount of “how to use 2.0 online again” posts in here lately. It's feasible but horrendously impractical.

First of all, the 2.0 offline editor exists, and it functions identically to the old online 2.0 editor.

Secondly, the only way you could feasibly use 2.0 online again (assuming Scratch still hosted it, which they don't) you would have to contend with using an old browser that still supports an older version of Flash that doesn't have the killswitch code that the last few versions of Flash had, which means you have to use a very old, unstable, vulnerable browser (like IE6) that has an equally old and vulnerable version of Flash support. That's not to mention that you can no longer officially download Flash.

And maybe you want to go through all that trouble, but is it really worth it when the offline editor is still perfectly functional?

People on iOS can't even use Flash via the browser. Ever heard of Steve Jobs's "Thoughts on Flash" letter?

If your computer can't even stomach the 3.0 online editor due to memory limitations, then your computer is probably too old to run modern web browsers. Or anything, for that matter.

I'm pretty sure it's also paid (it has a free trial I think though).
