To make this idea more “real”, I've made a Scratch project demonstrating the block (similar to what I did with my suggestion for a delete all clones block):

I didn't explain this (unless I already did, but I didn't notice it) but I absolutely think this is a good idea for animation projects that need sliding animations and fade animations. Another example of this in use could be projects where you can create, edit, and share presentations!

Honestly, I feel like this block is way too broad of a suggestion and would really only be useful for slideshow projects.

When a block is overly generally a sign that a block is not really a “block”, that is, something that can be used as a building block to create practically any kind of script. This is just a block that replaces a very simple script and does it for you.
