Is there a way to create a cloud list where it saves any username?

True cloud lists don't exist so you have to emulate them - eg saving several items joned together in one or more cloud variables. You also need to encode usernames since cloud vars only accept muerical data.

What they're saying is that you have to use cloud variables to be the list itself and that you have to encode it to get it working.
