Hiya,
Would it be possible for you to use a simpler font (like Helvetica) for the words (for both the designs)? Sorry I didn't mention this but could the padlock be white as well as the text (both the designs)? Please keep the original designs there so I can compare them later. Also could you create a version with a darker-shade-of-yellow background instead of red (for both of the designs again)? Thank you very much! Have a great day

Your title is quite plain. Fancy text or symbols/emojis and more information may help such as whether you're partnering or hiring and some products too. I like your banner and matching heading banners. You have an about which is short and sweet but maybe something saying enjoy ordering, or order now to see to finish it off?

Your BBCode is inconsistent, with a list for one item but not the next and sometimes hard to see titles so I think you need to go through and figure out a consistent way to present information and define titles. The review format did not fit a page format review and included nothing about BBCode for first look etc and there was no explanation just a score for each section. however, it was a very specific review format and i may not have been as clear as i could have. I also believe to give a score for customer service and speed you need to order which I don't think happened so I don't know how they determined teh score.

You have a resources and about. No directory, but it's a one-pager. maybe a history or portfolio could be added.

A few things to improve and make your shop even better would be:

• Add more information/symbols/fancy text to your title
  
• Make the way information is presented and titles defined more consistent (I'll make a template for you!)
  
• If unsure on teh nature of an order, ask the customer (especially if a specific product) and also mention/remember a shop review fornat is GENERAL and should be MODIFIED for specific orders
  
• Adjust your order complete layout to include a greeting and something saying which shop it's from and perhaps a ‘thanks for ordering/have a good day’
  
• Remember to quote the order with a ‘taken’ and seperately when done with ‘complete’ on the forum thread otherwise it looks uncompleted.
