Customer Rules

-Be respectful of staff and other customers
-Your order must contain as much detail as possible
-Please leave a review after ordering
-Deadline minimum is 2 days
-We can decline you order if nobody is able to make it
-Give the artist credit

Staff Rules

-Be respectful and polite
-Try to complete orders before their deadlines
-Try to compete orders as best as you can
-Notify customers when their order is complete
-You must follow the topic
-Include the word ‘sunshine’ in your application

As a staff member, if you break any of these rules or do not reply to activity checks in time, you will receive a strike. 2 strikes= demoted from BoD. 3 strikes= fired. If you have been fired you may not reapply for 2 weeks.
