How to add extensions to scratch 2.0

So I was scrolling through TurboWarp Editor, then I went to extensions and found a function to add your own extension. This got me into everything from yesterday. I thought I could do it, but I want things faster. I downloaded Scratch 2.0, and I found “Import Experimental HTTP extension”

I then look up the scratch wiki and they say to use “ScratchX”. Then I used it and found cool extensions! I found a Spotify extension and I could use it.
but I saw you could load your own new project in there, but my browser is so bad I can't even load anything!

I found a link in the details section, saved the page, and got a JavaScript file. I'm not sure what to do and use it for.

Can anybody help me?

ScratchX uses Adobe Flash, which most browsers don't support anymore.

You mean the 2.0 offline editor? You can use the 2.0 offline editor by just launching the exe.
You can't add extensions in the offline editor.
However, I think there are some solutions to run ScratchX, like using another browser which still supports Flash.

Do you mean the one that comes as a browser extension, desktop app and web app? That doesn't support ActionScript 3 which Scratch 2.0 uses.
