This may be advertising as you shouldn't go around and ask random people to be a prize giver. Instead, maybe invite your followers to a studio for prize giving.

If it was on your own project then that's not advertising but someone still reported you for advertising

Yeah it's not a good practice to just send other people links to your own projects like that, it's considered advertising. Although it might not be the best of options, maybe ask them if they're interested in joining a contest of yours before sending a link.

It says you sent a link. So I'm guessing you sent a link in a comment to somebodey.

Unless you edited the alert when you pasted it here, this part of your post means you sent a comment with a link at some point and that was the one that got you alerted.

If you believe someone else commented a link to your project and somehow got you in trouble, maybe you can contact the Scratch Team through Contact Us? But I doubt that's the case, and it's not really much of a big deal as long as this is your first alert and you don't plan on getting into any more trouble in the near future.
