How to contact scratch team?

Hi all, recently the Scratch team took down my project because I had used music without changing it. First of all, this was a remix and I was not aware of the music. Also, I did not have my headphones with me. And also, the original creator did not give credit to music either. My friend @owenjonesisme also remixed that original project and got his project removed. Is there someway to contact the scratch team about this without calling them on the phone? Thank you!
