First Look 7/10
I love your banner and shop colour, but perhaps your shop colour could match your banner even more? Use color=00569f obviously in square brackets for it to match perfectly. Your title could do with some fancy text or symbols/emojis. Perhaps add some of your products too. You have an about and directory but maybe adding some reviews, bump banner and a quick about paragraph as well as products would be good.

BBCode Formatting 9/10
The BBCode is minimal, but is good when used. I think the code tag would be better for the resources and some quotes to separate sections and maybe small text too. But overall good.

Accessibility 9/10
Maybe add your directory to every page and add adres to the other history items but good

The text is very neat and tidy :D

BBCode is well-used, not too overdone.

Product Quality 6/10
I asked for the pfp to have the purple cat from Meme Templates such as this one or this one. Not a lot of people know what a meme template is though, so that's alright.

Speed 7/10
Order was a little overdue, although there was a good reason for it being so.

Customer Service 10/10
Staff was polite and not rude at all!

Accessibility 10/10
Pretty self-explanatory.

Overall 80/100

Total × 1.6 = 80
A few things to improve and make your shop even better would be:
Perhaps ask the customer if you don't understand a part of the order
Don't take too many orders (for staff that work in multiple shops), or else orders have a good chance of going overdue.
