First Look 9/10
Amazing banner and about as well as shop colours but I find the reviews could do with capital letter at teh stop and maybe include the customers name? Also with the news, be consistent so always do space dash space text and use captial letters etc. But awesome!

BBCode Formatting 9/10
Using a template really paid off! Although there's an issue with the BBCODE on the staff page where the url tag hasn't been closed and the whole text is linked to a Scratchers profile! Maybe fix that

Accessibility 10/10
Awesome!

Overall 28/30

A few things to improve and make your shop even better would be:
Check capital letters and consistency
check the staff page BBCode
Check some images as they don't seem to be working make sure there's a space after the IMG tags
