Can you make an article about how to convert javascript to scratch and how to decode it?

It's not possible to convert JavaScript to Scratch, unless you manually rewrite your JS code in Scratch.

The Scratch Wiki is not run by the Scratch Team and the moderators of the wiki have a process in which they accept/reject applications for a wiki account.
If your application was rejected, then you're doing something wrong on your application. Try reading everything you are meant to.

if it got declined, you did something wrong in the request an account
if you havent gotten anything, wait. the wiki editors have to review your account request before they can accept or decline your request

download a picture to use as your avatar, hover over your current avatar then click change I click on one of your downloads

As stated in the account request instructions, your account needs to be at least two months old, while your account only appears to be one month old. Additionally, before submitting a request, please make sure to read the other instructions on that page or your request will likely be rejected.
