its specifically on windows

There is an open PR in the ocular repo that would fix the outlined emojis. They're a really strange “feature” because they would look better if the text wasn't bold.

Why? Couldn't just MystPi revert the PR from Chromium's repo which broke this if ninetails was based on Chromium?

Yeah. Its possible to fix it by going deep down through git so I dont think anybody would do it

Catalyst doesn't do it… I never really update Electron either.
