Comment/Forum Moderation & Interlanguage Filterbot
Moderation: The English forums are moderated strictly, but the forums of other languages, such as the Chinese forum, is not moderated well. There were many people posting Google Drive or Google Workspace links, or the code of the Scratch website, which is annoying and makes no sense, and even breaks the Community Guidelines.
Filterbot: People found a way to bypass the Filterbot by translating their sentences into other languages, and some who are native with languages other than English even swear with it, some swear words include “tmd”, “sb” (Chinese), and the b-word (Japanese) that are very offensive.
I put these suggestions in one thread because they are both about interlangauge moderation, please do not report, thanks.

Comment/Forum Moderation & Interlanguage Filterbot

The topic was still on the first page.
You realize most of the time you have to actually report things for the ST to see them? I don't think many people care about reporting things so they're basically unmoderated. Same applies to the “dead” English forums (Open Source Projects, Developing Scratch Extensions, Connecting to the Physical World)

There were many people posting Google Drive or Google Workspace links, or the code of the Scratch website, which is annoying and makes no sense, and even breaks the Community Guidelines. Please use the Report button on any forum posts that break the Community Guidelines. Please do explain why it breaks the Community Guidelines if it is helpful/necessary to do so, particularly if it is not obvious and knowledge of Chinese is needed to understand.
Filterbot: People found a way to bypass the Filterbot by translating their sentences into other languages, and some who are native with languages other than English even swear with it, some swear words include […] that are very offensive. The best way to suggest changes to the filterbot (particularly for suggest inappropriate content to be added) is to use Contact Us. That way you can tell the Scratch Team what should be added (they don't necessarily know) without having to write bad words publicly.
