Rights

Everyone has the right…
◼ To be spoken to with politeness and respect
◼ To be treated fairly and not discriminated against in any way
◼ To enjoy our services free of charge

Rules

Customers
◼ Must be as clear as possible when ordering
◼ Must not get annoyed if their order is delayed when the deadline is ‘ASAP’, as technically this isn't a fixed date
◼ Must give a deadline of more than 2 days
◼ Must not spam the thread
◼ Must be understanding when the order is delayed by a day or so if the shop is busy

Staff
◼ Must be as active as possible and respond to activity checks else receive a strike (*)
◼ Must only take orders if they believe they can complete them
◼ Must drop orders/transfer orders if they cannot be completed
◼ Must include the word artistic in their application form
◼ Must complete each order to the best of their ability
◼ Must not bump excessively, spam or be rude otherwise receive a strike (*)
◼ 1 strike (*) is a warning, 2 strikes (**) is demoted from the BoD and 3 strikes is fired (***)
◼ Once fired, staff can reapply after a week
