coming from a chaotic person who enjoys absolute chaos and basically anything to do with people i think it sounds really REALLY fun!! if i was somehow magically a leader id definitely pick 3 people - i feel like that way theres less chance for there to be like,, the third wheel if you have two really good friends and.. somebody else and it just seems funner hA more ideas mroe ways to spread talent and stuff. of course im sure some active experienced people would literally reather do it by themselves and people sometimes work better in smaller groups but it seems really fun

However, on the topic of being offline it's always a risk and inactive leaders or co's can be disastrous if the cabins incredibly active, it's cabin wars, etc… Which is most important in November (that's exams for some of you right?) And July (Summer = More active campers)
I don't see how more co-leaders would make the forum more chaotic. As long as we keep on topic? It's more people to share ideas?
I do think the my app is terrible if in not picked I'm :((( so bad but do t worry I get it :((( there's always next time :( among *some* of the unpicked co-leaders apps might get worse (You do know what in talking about right?) . Especially if leaders are actively choosing to take the maximum co-leaders available.

I think it should be a personal choice and an option. Especially for those who are new to leading or SWC as whole and we'll never know if something doesn't work till we try it out.

I do think the option to have three co-leaders is a great idea, considering leaders may be busy and in need of another hand. However, maybe making it an option to choose a co even after the session starts might be helpful? I'm not 100% sure if that would work out, but in some cases, you choose a co who says they'll be active but then completely vanishes during the month, in which case, being able to select another co would be a good idea.

As for me, I'm going to be gone for a week in March and while I'm still planning on applying, I would really need active co-leaders and if somehow my cabin is quite dead (which is likely) I would definitely be interested in being able to choose another co.
