Okay so first of all where is this in the timeline? I think it should be a few days after he gets his speed, so we could possibly make his character arc trying to come to terms with being the Flash.

The movie starts up with the Flash in an arctic environment. He's running on the snow, not even leaving footprints in the snow because of how fast he's going. He stops to look around. We can see he's wearing a different suit; it's white, but fluffy, to conserve heat. His face is completely covered up. Suddenly, Captain Cold blasts the ground below Flash, dropping him into the ice-cold water. Suddenly, the screen freezes. Then, we hear a voiceover, done by Barry Allen.

“Hello. It's me, Flash. Otherwise known as Barry Allen.” It then shows the Flash Museum. “If you're hearing this, I'm either dead or I've given away my identity for whatever reason. All I wish is that Central City is safe. And that the world is safe. But, enough about that, let's talk about me! I'm not gonna bore you with the details, but my mother died when I was a child.” It shows young Barry crying, while staring at the camera, presumably at something past it. “They blamed my dad for it. I had to go live with somebody I didn't really know that well. But, enough about that, let me explain what you just saw.” It switches to a view of Barry in his civilian clothes.
