Bookmarks for projects

This is already implemented in the form of favorites. However, I would like it if the purposes of love and favorites are more clear to New Scratchers.

Bookmark Tutorial
Bookmark with the star next to the URL. For mobile, click the …, and click Bookmark. Then, name it and set a folder. Bookmarks can be compressed to their favicon by removing their name. You can click More to change the URL, have a folder explorer, and make new folders. Folders can be named. If you save your bookmarks as HTML and edit their icon property, you can set a custom base64 encoded favicon.
