Rules

It is recommended to follow the discussion when applying for Aurora Inc so you can get the recent updates and you can save some time by not exploring all the pages you have missed. It also will help with activity checks when they occur so you can be early and you don't have to worry at all.

Activity Checks are made to see if employees are active and working. There is one every start of the month and all employees will have to reply. It is recommended to follow the discussion so that you don't get a strike. It won't be on the same day every month. It will be on a random day on a random time every month within the first week of that month. If you do not respond to the activity check, you will get a strike. 3 strikes and you are fired

Remember, just because you post doesn't mean you will get your name on the activity checklist. It is mandatory to quote the activity check post and say ‘active’

1.0 UAI Rules

1.1 UAI stands for Under Aurora Inc which basically means the thread/project is under the Aurora name. You don't have to have a team to join Aurora Inc. You can be working on an individual project to join Aurora Inc. as well.

1.2 When you go under the company, we have all rights to your thread. Now don't get scared. We aren't Disney. We aren't evil and this isn't what it sounds like (seriously). We are able to accept and reject employees based on their rules and we can be part of the big decisions with no form required. Of course, we cannot tell you to shut down the thread, change the name, or possibly fire people. We can only check-in and we can accept people.

1.3 If you need help with something related to your thread, we have a team that can help you. Aurora Inc. has an exclusive feature where we can help your collab. Whether it's bumping it, accepting and rejecting, activity checks, subs, or more, we will be able to make sure your thread isn't a total mess while you do you! Here are the benefits of joining Aurora Inc.

2.4 It is still being considered whether or not you could leave Aurora Inc. entirely. If you were originally made for Aurora Inc, you are there permanently until the BoD removes you from our company. Now, this sounds terrible, but there is a positive side to this. You can create your own company under the Aurora Inc. name and we wouldn't have the power over your company. It will still be part of Aurora Inc but we cannot control the big decisions and we cannot accept your things. You will be an independent company and we will watch over you.

If you read all of this, add “aurora” and “vibes” to your UAI form. Make sure to hide it or else you will be rejected, even though you have the correct words.
