Hi I want to add music to my project but idk how

No worries! While it's illegal to download music without pay, if you do pay for it (possibly via YouTube Music subscription) you go to the “sounds” page on the sprite or background (top left corner or workplace).

Importing music from YouTube or another scratch game (as long as its free) should work

Becase if you remove that until done it repeatly plays one tick
