Customer Rules

• 1.Be nice and polite.
  2.Do not rush/force our staff. Let them take their time or if you think your order is taken but it is past due date, please kindly tell/ask the person who took your order.
  3.You cannot order more than 5 times a week.
  4.You cannot set a due date less than 3 days.
  5.Do not order anything inappropriate
  

Staff Rules

• 1.Be loyal and polite to customers.
  2.Though we are not forcing you to do orders as fast as possible, it would be appreciated.
  3.There will be activity checks every month. If you do not respond to an activity check you will get a strike (*). If you get two strikes (**), you will not be allowed to take orders for 24 hours. If you get three strikes (***), you will be fired. If for some reason you can't respond to an activity check, please let us know.
  4.If you are going to take an order from someone, say “Taken”
  5.Please do not do too many orders! We don't want you to stress yourself. If you are feeling too pressured or can't do an order, please tell the customer. If you want a break/resign, you can fill the Vacation/Resignation form above.
