First Look 7/10
The title has symbols and a bit of information but perhaps adding your motto, ordering status, partnering status and even some fancy text?

I like your banner and your front page has an about, directory and news. However be consistent because the about isn't in quotes but partners and news are. Also, the note about being new to shops isn't really needed since you've got reviews to help with that! Also, don't use bold inconsistently (the message saying reviews of the shop)

Good overall. Try not to over-quote things and check your whitespace because too much makes your posts longer. Overall really nice! Perhaps some shop colours could help by brightening it up?

Example projects means a couple art pieces you want to show us to increase your chances of getting in (a shop will hire a good artist rather than a not as good one). I checked your profile, and you do have several projects you could link here- they don’t have to be from working in a shop.
