I'm gonna explain the 8 seconds where it shows the IE notice which also appears upon clicking View Intro, and the purpose of it, there is supposed to be an intro made in flash on the page with the IE notice that lasts 10 seconds, but its cut off to 8 seconds because i think every website should take at least 2 seconds to finish downloading and rendering, and there is also supposed to be an ActiveX control that plays music in the corner on every page, since flash isn't installed on your computer, the intro page doesn't display an intro in flash, since your not using Internet Explorer, there's no music because activex is only supported in Internet Explorer
