Depends. 1. We basically trace photos here, so tracing is allowed yes. 2. Can you fill out the form?

Follow this forum, and when you see the notification you see if it’s a vector request. See if someone has accepted it, and if no one has, you take it! When the vector is done, use the template and provide a link to the project you drew it on, then display the drawing as a picture under it. We do the picture for quick viewing, and we do the project for the user to keep it. I hope you understand. If you don’t tell me what it is you don’t understand!
