|| Customer Rules ||

- Please be soft with your words when ordering.

- The least deadline you can give is of 2 days when ordering a single thing and 4 days when ordering a package.

- Please first try to consult with the staff who did your order to make any changes to the product you ordered rather than giving a bad review straight away.

|| Partner Rules ||

- We will only take 5 orders per week from partner shops.

- We will try to give only 3 orders per week to partner shops.

|| Staff Rules ||

- Please be soft with your words when replying to the customer.

- When you finish an order go the “Resources(Quick Copy/Paste)” section, use the format given for posting the completed order on forums, post it in the shop then use the profile/studio format to post the completed the order on the profile or a given studio link if asked so in the order. If asked to post the completed order in forums, use the forums format.

- When doing an order, quote the customer's order form and then say accepted/taken.

- Use the word “code”/ “motto” in your application form when applying otherwise we may reject it and you can only re-apply after a week. Also, don't make it obvious and don't write it anywhere mention this part.

- Always try to consult with the customer to make sure the product is to their satisfaction.

- We can reject orders if not ordering using correct forms.

- The owner has the right to change the shop name, forms, rules, etc.

The only things we ask if you put up our Federation banner, repsond to the occasional shop activity check, join in with monthly events if possible and keep us up to date with your shop name, banner and link! There will be more information on the acception notice

Your shop will receive an instant review (probably after this post!) from our experienced reviewers, unless of course, you asked for it to be delayed/cancelled
If you need a shop banner and/or BBCode then let us know by replying to this post and we will give you further information
Your shop, unless you've otherwise stated, will be signed up for monthly reviews that give you detailed feedback on your shop
We will carry out periodic activity checks for our shops to help keep our joined shop list up to date
You can ask for a one-off review, in-between monthly reviews (this only applies to shops who've had their review before the 16th to avoid staff overstretching)
We ask you put up our banner and a link to our shop (see here for all the resources)
