Hey, Jolia this is the account that puts out all projects that @ato_ has made for his shops! Why is this important? Well unfortunately he has decided to part with all the businesses he is a part of apart from his official one. Silver Shop 2.0 is not @ato_ ‘s shop so he will unfortunately be parting with it, the only problem is he has made your design so if you would be willing to order it with @Scratch_PremiumStore then he could put it out to you. If not it is fine but he will not be able to get his product out to you. Thanks for understanding!

First Look 6/10
The title includes your title, hiring status and a limited time offer. However, there are loads of different styles in teh title and doesn't look consistent. The OPEN-HIRING is in capitals, the ꜰᴀʟʟ ᴘᴀᴄᴋᴀɢᴇ is in fancy text {5+ Products!} Is in brackets but the title and the we do orders fast isn't! I'd recommend being consistent with all the things in brackets/fancy text etc but the information in the title is perfect!

Your front page has a beautiful banner and your forms. I really like you go right into showing what you offer and your packages but I don't think all the things in brackets such as (unless we do) (I hope so) are necessary as they take away from the shops professional look. I also find it hard to find the titled as all the text is the same. Using bold italics underlining or big or small text adds variety and interest in your posts.

BBCode Formatting 8/10
You use the bare minimum of BBCode which gives the shop a nice simplistic and neat look, although should definitely be used in some places (titled etc)

Product Quality 10/10
Love it!

Speed 8/10
There were issues with timing due to the person taking the order have trouble with their software and leaving but the delay wasn't too bad and the result was excellent

Customer Service 9.5/10
I got a nice notification but no link! The staff member did say they'd forgotten it but try not to next time ;)

Accessibility 8/10
You have your bump and main banner which I'd great but no directory, history or about. Perhaps consider adding these to show off your amazing products, show the progress of your shop and give customers a but of information about the place they're ordering from

Overall 79/100

A few things to improve and make your shop even better would be:

• Improve the uniformity of the title
  
• Remove the things in brackets
  
• Define titles more with bold, big etc (maybe even shop colours!)
  
• Try remember the link when doing a notification
  
• Add a portfolio, maybe history anf about
