Sorry about it, but this requires Flash to run—it isn't actually recoding Scratch 2.0 or converting the flash to non-flash code, so it'll only work on devices with Flash (which is mostly none now that the browser extension has been discontinued).

I also don't have the time to figure out how to run 2.0 without Flash, so for phones and most devices, you'll probably just have to use 3.0

We can switch Scratch 3.0 back to Scratch 2.0 or can release another version of scratch like Scratch 4.0
