Even if there was moderation, there is still a lot of inappropriate stuff. And it's very easy to access these inappropriate things.

Isn't it already not allowed, just like social media sites? If you see someone linking something unmoderated, just report the post and the Scratch Team can handle it. Pretty sure (unsure) they do review the links first before actually removing the link.
