I have a question about using “Turbowarp Packager” for my team's project.
Is it illegal to change our projects in exe or HTML page using this(or other) tool? and if not, can we sell those projects as well?

I'm sure turbo warp packager injects some of its own code into the EXE, it'd have to. However, I don't really think selling a scratch game would make sense. Why?

No, it is not illegal. Otherwise, people wouldn't be supporting and using it that much,.

the only use of the packager that is illegal would be to package a project that you, or another user, have already shared on the website and sell it.

Both the LGPL (used by TW Packager) and CC-BY-SA 2.0 allow you to sell work licensed under that license.

If you use it for your OWN projects, then it is not illegal.

No, the ST open sources their code so mods like turbowarp can be created. Else it wouldn't have been made in the first place.
