scratch should add scratchers to the home page as well

Reporting to be moved to Suggestions, I think it fits there.

Thanks - we've thought about that in the past and decided to keep Scratch focused on projects, not Scratchers. We feel that the featured projects and studios bring enough attention to Scratchers and highlight what we want to see Scratch used for - creating cool things
