First Look 8/10
You have lots of information on your title = excellent! However instead of using exclamation marks to separate them, consider using symbols or emojis

You have a wonderful banner that I love and a gradient welcome message which is fabulous! Perhaps make the welcome message bold and larger? Your Directory is excellent, but it looks not centered and weird, for my device at least. If you just use space space space it isn't consistent so I recommend using the ‘center’ tag. Example below for gradient and centering

BBCode Formatting 8/10
You've nicely used quote boxes, although I dislike how all the forms are melded together with one big quote it looks like a mistake. I'd recommend separating them at least into order forms, staff forms and partnership forms. Also redo the order of teh forms by moving the employee form to be with the leave form it flows nicer. You've nicely used underlining though as well

I got a lovely notification on my profile and also was politely told the staff member would try get it hosted for me which is great! Just remember to say complete in teh forum as well a profile or wherever because it avoids confusion when you have more staff and UOCs.

You have a history/log and resources page but could maybe add a portfolio and bump banner? Also perhaps show the actual BBCode for teh banner either just using teh link or ‘code’ function to show the image tags too.

Overall 87/100

A few things to improve and make your shop even better would be:
