So if Scratch Team decides to take a look at your unshared projects and saw something titled something like this “Hey Scratch Team member, if you are looking at this, you are an idiot” (No ST I don't mean it I'm just using it as an example please don't ban me)

Can they remove the project and ban you (don't worry I'm not doing something like this I'm just asking this question out of curiosity)?

The Scratch Team usually doesn't look at unshared projects unless it could've been emailed using Contact Us for review before being shared. In fact, since the project isn't shared on the site and the Scratch Team can see it anyway, I don't think they would do moderation considering the project isn't public.

it depends, but usually no. if the unshared project is in a banner, then yes. theres a rare chance ST will check unshared projects, but it usually happens to users with high ban rates

I think that the ST won't ban you because the project isn't shared, but they might remove it or send an alert.

You can't technically remove a project that was never shared…

You can overwrite it, though, which would be simplest. I believe the ST can also, in certain cases, remove a project entirely from the API, which means it can't be accessed through TurboWarp.

You can do whatever you want in unshared projects, except anything against USA law (“How to break into a house” or other stuff I can’t say here).

You can't, because if the project is inapropriate and it's not shared other people can't look it, so if people can't look, you will not get banned. Also scratch team don't look in unshared projects only shared ones.

considering i know someone that has pg13 and pg16 projects in scratch (unshared) and he isn't banned , i assume not
