Pixel Studio Update Announcement!
Hey pixel artists! A new and game-changing update has just been released for Pixel Studio! This update features HUGE overhauls to how Pixel Studio works internally, and the introduction of new canvas sizes: 16x16 and 32x32. 21x21 canvases are now gone, but no worries, old save codes still work! Try the update out HERE!
As usual, this update will come with its fair share of bugs and issues. Please be sure to report them to me, including your device details if the issue is lag-based. Thanks!

Full Changelog:
-HUGE overhaul to the inner workings of Pixel Studio to allow for 16x16 OR 32x32 canvases (21x21 has been removed, but old save codes still work!!)
-Click the three dots button, then click the arrows pointing outward to change canvas sizes
-Removed fill tool hover text
-Fixed a few bugs, including the “blank space” when changing the brightness on the grey color

Hey everyone! I ran out of space in the Pixel Studio Beta notes and credits, so from now on, change logs are going on here!

Hey ya’ll! A new Pixel Studio beta is out now! It’s v3.3 beta 1! Here’s the change log:
v3.3.1 Changelog:
-Internal changes to make the code neater and more update-able, allowing pixels to be perfect squares when in 32x32 mode, bigger canvas sizes, and a grid! (Grid coming later, and bigger canvases are just something that’s possible, not something that I’m sure to add)

One suggestion: I noticed that the savecodes are super long, and a lot of times there are repeating patterns of numbers. Maybe try making a system where, when saving, the script will check how many times it sees the same color in a row. Then, it could just put the amount of times followed by the color. This would make the codes a LOT shorter and easier to work with.
For example, say you have a code that looks something like this:
463146314631463146315892589258927021463146314631
which is 48 characters long.
However, say you used the system mentioned above. The script would go through and see 5 “4631”s in a row, so it would record something like “54631”. (Number of repetitions joined with # code)
Then, it would see 3 “5892”s, so it would record “35892”.
And so on: “17021” (1 repeat of “7021”), and “34631”.
Putting this all together, you would get:
54631358921702134631
which is only 20 characters long! Quite a significant change.

Thanks for the suggestion, and nice drawing! I have thought about trying to compress the save codes. If I’m ever working on Pixel Studio again, I will consider your ideas! Although, at the moment I want to move on to making a new project, as I have been updating Pixel Studio for half of 2021, and want to move on

-A notification when using the fill tool with slow mode on
-Invalid save code detection
Bug Fixes:
-You can no longer use any of the buttons or keyboard shortcuts in the more menu while filling, to prevent visual glitches
Other Tweaks and Changes:
-Internal changes to how notifications work; you can now have multiple notifications onscreen at once
-New thumbnail for the beta version of the project
