Description: I'd like the theme of the thumbnail to be white black and blue. the text should say ‘white tigers rule!’ in black you could add a white outline if you want to. The font should be old and crumbly and the background should be white tiger related make it try make it all look aesthetic.

First Look 5/10
The title has no motto, a teeny bit of info and no emojis or symbols or fancy text! I strongly recommend adding more info such as partnering, taking orders, your motto/s and some symbols and/or emojis.

The shop abnner is a bit of a unique and awkward size which I think you should try fix (I'd recommend asking an image hoster shop), the sections aren't really labelled and the form is very bare. I'd recommend also Changing the ‘when arrive’ to ‘deadline’; Labelling the sections clearly; adding a review and partnership form and partnership/federation page and perhaps something about your shop. Something like below would help with formatting (using the bold and underlining option).

It was what I asked for although the font was just an ordinary Scratch font which was a shame, try to use other fonts not from scratch to make them more interesting

No improvements on speed

Customer Service 10/10
No improvements on customer service

Accessibility 6/10
You do have a history but no portfolio, resources/quick copy-paste section and it doesn't look like you have a bump banner either! I'd strongly recommend getting at least a bump banner and when you get more orders a portfolio to show your skill and product quality to customers to encourage them to order

Overall 74/100

This shop has potential, but you need to work hard to get it up off the ground! Joining a federation was an excellent move though because we'll help your shop to grow and improve.
A few things to improve and make your shop even better would be:

• Add emojis, symbols, fancy text and more information to your title
