About This Shop

This is a shop created by MAO5AM the Thursday 4 of November!
I took 5 days to create the banners, host it (with the cubeupload host error while 3 hours) and to write all these post with the dictionary that are the rules of members! But finally, I present you the ⛰ Mountain Wolves Shop ⛰ (MWS). The place where almost everything can be released!
Don't forget our motto: Calm like a mountain, speedy like a wolf!
Because we have some huges concurrences, that's cool because we won't be submerged by orders (calm like a mountain) and we will finish your order more quickly because we haven't a lot of orders before taking yours (speedy like a wolf)

Rules

1. Customers
1.1 Ordering a product
1.1.1 Naturally, orders must start by a filled order form. Give us a deadline of 48 hours minimum and fill all the required lines.
1.1.2 After receiving your order, you must credit the shop or the employee who took your order.
1.1.3 You're encouraged to leave a review when you receive an order! It's friendly and helps to improve the shop mood!
1.2 Ordering a package
1.2.1 You must fill the Package form above by filling all the required lines and giving a deadline of 72 hours minimum.
1.2.2 Packages are more difficult to do so we take more time.


2. Members

2.1 Applying
2.1.1 Fill out the hiring form to become a staff of the shop. If you apply with an alternative account, it musts be on Scratch since 1 week or more, if you apply with your principal account, you must be a Scratcher.

2.2 Being a member
2.2.1 If you see a person using content of this shop without crediting, report it by putting
2.2.2 You must post every weeks on the topic to proof your activity level.
2.2.3 If there is an untaken order and you can do it, take it. But don't take it if you don't are sure to finish it!

2.3 Shop relations and permissions
2.3.1 If you're a member, you can ask to the other shops to being partner with us. But you must follow these conditions 1 by 1:
2.3.1.1 Warn me on my profile with a link to your partnership form (right click on edit or on the post date)
2.3.1.2 Copy and paste the first sentence of 2.3.1 if they ask the owner permission
2.3.1.3 Ask them to warn us on the topic if it has been accepted
2.3.2 The members can not hire or promote Scratchers! (See 3.2 for more informations)

3. Heads
3.1 Asking to be promoted
I bet you were redirected from 2.x
3.1.1 To become a head, you must be a member for more than three weeks and having completed at least 20% of orders, and obviously filling out the promotion form.

3.2 Being on the BoD
3.2.1 Vice-President: they replace me when I am on break. They have to hire, to post activity checks every 5th of the month and to manage the BoD.
3.2.1.1 For the activity check, only members who didn't post in the past 5 days or who aren't on break must respond.
3.2.2 Chief of Design: they can suggest an idea for title, the banner, the credit text or something like that. ⚠️ try to don't copy other shops, your spot exists to make our shop as unique as possible ⚠️
3.2.3 Chief of Events: they manage events and works with the Chief of Offers to organize an event. They choose what is the aim when the Chief of Offers decide of the prizes.
3.2.3.1 Please notice me when you have an event idea.
3.2.4 Chief of Offers: they manage events with the Chief of Events by deciding for the prizes for the winner(s). They also suggest some offers for attracting customers.
3.2.4.1 Please notice me when you have an offer idea.
3.2.5 Guardians: they keep an eye on the topic mood, read each page to see if there aren't posts that break the rules or forms not correctly filled.
3.2.5.1 If there is a post that break the rules, report it and warn the post author on its profile.
3.2.5.2 If there are a non-correctly filled form, answer to the post with the details and warn the post author on its profile.
3.2.6 Secretary: they check if there are not missing orders (they does UOC's). If you are the secretary, you can ask some tips ti the Chief of Design (for example, should you put fancy text here or some emojis here…)
